Removal of the Scatterer Corvette •••••(complete) Nakamura

Another ship that fits the Vaygr design rather well, however doesn't do it's job properly. Far from it. The missiles cannot hit corvettes and are too weak against frigates. On top of that, the Storm Corvette and striker corvette already fill in the field of anti-corvette corvettes. Against frigates we already have laser corvettes, plasma corvettes... even strikers are decent. This role overlap demands removal.
