Shiry (or how it was spelled correctly) model.

So another roaming in the Internet and a will to make Complex Enhanced a little better I 've encountered to this...

Decade interceptor were made by that team/man, I came up to mind, that this would be best variant to use instead of old Shiry model. What do you think?

Maybe you guys could do something for him in exchange of permission to use this model?

Hm, that ship looks very impressive. Not sure about replacing the shiry. I think there is a lot of overlapping between the models of the Spy and the Intruder. Some switching might be necessary.

Forgot bout intruder. Yeah, it would perfectly fit instead of intruder! With plasma cannon! Less overlapping in this mod! YAY!

P.S. Damn I really love to see that the developers answering and communicating with us More that that, it is so awesome to actually see that you are considering ideas If only HS effects would be switchable...

Plasma would be anti-frigate, so we'd change it to the intruder's pulsar of course.

I think Shiry is fine as it is. I'm maybe biased towards it though as it is my fighter of choice!
I'd put this sort of change on the back burner though, say for version 8.7.

It's surely going to be the intruder now. The spy and the intruder are 100% identical models. We can use the new one there.

Lets not lose any functionality form the Shiry though. It is a good mult-irole fighter bomber.

The Shiry is excellent. I find them to be one of the best ships in the game.

I would agree with Chosen One here.  I don't dislike the model, but never understood how the shiry could be faster and more maneuverable than the interceptor with more than twice the firepower and be so much smaller...?

Upload the model to the team drive; I can get everything prepared so it can be used for Friday/Saturday. I'll try to get an icon, too, if I can!

Another option for the Shiry update. Ive recently done a rework on that model so that is isnt so ridiculous.

Yea, here's a pic of the top. Not a lot of change, I just cleaned off all the useless "Black hole" guns, and put some model representations in there place.
