Build times and their descriptions ••••• CANCELLED

We have increased build speeds, and since the descriptions were never adjusted (old issue carried over from Complex), the descriptions are all off. The actual build times are only 62.9% of the ones in the descriptions.

We have two solutions to the issue, both of which are very awkward and time intensive.

We can either eliminate the multiplier in Deathmatch for the build speeds, or we can edit all descriptions.

The taker of the task can decide which one to take.

If you go for standard edits, future changes to the multiplier will make all your work worthless.

If you go for elimination of build speed multipliers, you will have to edit all build times in the ship files and descriptions in the build files as well. The advantage here is that future edits will only address singular ships. The downside is that this is a bit more time consuming.

Start after the 8.6 release.

Yep, it's a general question to the team. If we drop Deathmatch's multiplier, we'd still adjust the descriptions and ships to the actual values, however the custom mode would still work with multipliers.
