Shiry model enhancemement •••••(complete) Nakamura

We got this improved model from Dondelium : the model now has missile launchers and actual gun barrels instead of a simple hole.

The files are in our dropbox. Please adjust the current shiry's ship file to the hod in the "to be added" folder.

This is a nice model. May I suggest that the callistoes be launched in pairs from the missile launchers. We might also consider renaming the callistoes to something else (never liked the name)..., suggestions?

That looks much better with visible weapon pylons. I see that Dondelium made use of the FF-17A Strike Fighter missile launchers and guns from TFS.

You can rename the callistoes to a more generic and standardized name for all fighter-class missiles, like "Light Missiles" or "Fighter Missiles".

Short Range Strike Missile — SRSM

SRSM works, but I don't think it will fit too well with the rest of the weapon names used in Complex to use acronyms for only a few weapons while the majority have basic names like "Torpedo" or nicknames like "rattle".

Not unless you plan on using more specific names and adopt acronyms for most of the units and weapon systems used in the mod.

Phase Plasma Missile(s) - PPM

Acronyms have been worked out for most of the ship classes. But you are right, HW2 doesn't use them so it's not really a homeworldy thing.

Light Torpedo would be the most fitting when compared to other names.

Meh, "Light Torpedo" doesn't cut it... I think it should be just 1 word.

What about "Pegasus" "Celeris" "Hermes" or "Griffin"? It's one word, and it reminds of speed.

"Pegasus", hm...? I like it.

I'd go for Griffin (Pegasus reminds me too much of capital ships!).

Completed the task.

And what about the callistoes? :p
