A "marriage" between the missile bomber and the standard vaygr bomber: an upgrade will enable the bomber to launch missiles after getting the commander rank.
For this, we need a missile launcher on the bomber, which Battlecry offered to add.
Shortening build lists with this one, too.

I don't understand why I struggled making the missile upgrade work, but it does now, all of a sudden. Task complete.
