Hello Complex Enhanced 8.6.1 Command Fortress

Hello to all the Staff and Members of the community, first i wanna say this is an amazing mod, seriously nice work, i really like it a lot, and i want report a bug, The Heavy Nuclear Bomb from The Hiigaran Command Fortress is not working, i got screenshots to prove it, the explotion doesnt kill nothing xD, not the target, not the ships near in the radio nothing D: and 20k rus for that? D: i tried several times, 4 to be precise so well check it when you can thanks a lot have a nice day.

That's funny, we already did fix this bug once... Will investigate.
