Revise Sensor distortion mechanic • To be assigned
It would appear no one can work out how the sensor distortion probe is meant to work, so I suggest that we disable the vanilla mechanic, and use a multiplier effect on enemy ships within range, of 0ing their primary sensor range.
That will make it harder for the ships to target stuff.

That is a very great idea. I haven't seen any distortion probes used in multiplayer. The proximity ones are far more popular.

Cool. How do..? How work...? See, this is why I don't take tasks I don't know anything about.
Seen as you're all actually doing stuff and in the middle of moving, I tend to not ask for anything which could just slow your process down.
